摘要 海洋油气资源开采一直是我国获取石油能源资源的重要途径,但受到海洋开采特殊性的制约,能源的消费过度与碳排放量大的现象存在于生产开发的全过程中。以“碳达峰、碳中和”为背景,针对海洋油气资源开采中能源消耗现状及相应的节能技术措施,从油田伴生气放空、海上油气田区块整体电力系统以及海洋资源开发的生产设施的能耗现状及相应的节能技术三个重点领域进行研究和分析。同时,从海洋油气资源开发的特殊性入手,研究其开采、生产及集输过程的节能技术,从而提出降低能耗、减少碳排放的方案,具有重要意义。 The exploitation of marine oil and gas resources has always been an important way for my country to obtain petroleum energy resources.However,due to the particular constraints of marine exploitation and exploitation,excessive energy consumption and large carbon emissions exist in the entire process of production and development.Based on the background of“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”,this article focuses on the current status of energy consumption in offshore oil and gas resource exploitation and the corresponding energy saving technical measures,from the associated gas venting of oil fields,the overall power system of offshore oil and gas field blocks,and the production facilities for the development of marine resources.Research and analysis of energy consumption status and corresponding energy-saving technologies in three key areas,and put forward solutions for energy management of oil and gas exploration enterprises.
