能量回馈变频控制柜在油井生产中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 油井电动机变频控制技术的原理是结合信息技术、模糊控制技术、计算机技术、变频调速技术、传感器技术等现代高新技术,在电动机节电方面已取得广泛应用,是一项全新的节能控制技术,特别适用于热采区块吞吐轮次高,地下参数变化大的油井生产,具有油井调参方便,节能控制效果好等优点。通过对能量回馈变频柜的节能、增产运行机理、游梁式抽油机用电动机运行特点、抽油机用电动机节能情况、能量回馈智能变频控制柜在油井生产中的应用、以及节能效果评价等的分析,实践证明,能量回馈智能变频控制柜在油井生产中应用取得能效果,节能率达到31.55%,具有良好的社会效益。 The principle of oil well motor frequency conversion control technology is combined with modern high and new technologies such as information technology,fuzzy control technology,computer technology,frequency conversion speed regulation technology and sensor technology,which has been widely used in motor power saving.This paper introduces the energy-saving and increasing production operation mechanism of energy feedback frequency conversion cabinet,the operation characteristics of motor for beam pumping unit,the energy-saving situation of motor for pumping unit,the application of energy feedback intelligent frequency conversion control cabinet in oil well production and the evaluation of energy-saving effect.The practice shows that the energy feedback intelligent frequency conversion control cabinet has the world energy-saving effect in oil production,and the energy-saving rate reaches 31.55%,It has good social benefits of energy saving.
