摘要
外围低渗透油田在注水开发后表现出注水压力上升快、产量递减也快,造成了地面系统的建设能力适应性变差,出现站场负荷率降低、注水管网效率变差、注水系统能耗上升等问题。通过分解注水系统的井网节点,优化注水系统布局、平衡站库负荷,可降低注水泵运行压力,将各注水站负荷率提高至50%以上,提高了注水系统运行效率,有效降低了生产运行和维护费用,每年可节省电费90万元以上,实现外围油田生产经济合理化运行,助力老油田提质增效。
After water flooding development,Peripheral low permeability oilfield has shown rapid increase of water injection pressure and rapid decline of production,resulting in poor adaptability of ground construction capacity,and problems such as reduction of station load rate,deterioration of pipe network efficiency and rise of system energy consumption.By decomposing the well pattern nodes of water injection system,optimizing the system layout and balancing the load of stations and reservoirs,improving the operation efficiency of water injection system,effectively reducing the production operation and maintenance costs,realizing the economic and rational operation of oilfield production,and helping the old oilfield improve quality and efficiency.
