摘要
通过室内模拟淹水试验,研究黄淮地区四个主推小麦品种在种子发芽出苗期遭遇淹水胁迫时的敏感性。结果表明,随着淹水天数的增加,各品种相对发芽率、根系活力和干物重均呈降低趋势,百农207相对发芽率、根系活力均显著高于其余三个品种。各品种叶片SOD活性、POD活性均随淹水胁迫天数的增加而显著增加,淹水1 d和2 d处理百农207叶片SOD和POD活性显著高于其余品种。各品种叶片丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸(Pro)含量均随淹水胁迫天数的增加而降低,同一淹水天数处理百农207叶片MDA含量最低,叶片可溶性蛋白、Pro含量则显著高于其余三个品种。对比四个品种在淹水胁迫条件下的形态、酶活性和非酶物质的变化,百农207在种子发芽期具有较强的耐淹性,其次是百农AK 58,周麦18和周麦22种子发芽期耐淹性较差。
The waterlogging sensitivity of four wheat varieties in Huanghuai area in germination stage was studied by indoor simulation experiment.The results showed that the relative germination rate,root activity and dry matter weight of each variety decreased with the increase of soaking stress days,and the relative germination rate and root activity of Bainong 207 were significantly higher than those of the other three varieties.The activities of SOD and POD increased significantly with the increase of waterlogging stress days,and the activities of SOD and POD in the leaves of Bainong 207 were significantly higher than those of other varieties in the same waterlogging stress days.The contents of MDA,soluble protein and proline decreased with the increase of waterlogging days,the content of MDA in the leaves of Bainong 207 was the lowest,but the content of soluble protein and proline in the leaves of Bainong 207 was significantly higher than that of the other three varieties.Compared with the changes of morphology,enzyme activity and non enzyme substance of four varieties under waterlogging stress,Bainong 207 had strong tolerance to waterlogging stress during seed germination,followed by Bainong AK 58,Zhoumai 18 and Zhoumai 22 had poor tolerance to flooding in seed germination stage.
