不同辣椒种质资源的农艺性状评价

Evaluation of Agronomic Characters of Different Pepper Germplasm Resources

对收集于贵州黔西南州的24份辣椒种质资源的主要农艺性状进行评价鉴定,并进行了变异度分析和抗病性比较。结果表明,单株果数、平均单果重、果实纵茎、果肉厚度的变异系数较大,说明种质间遗传物质存在差异。抗病性比较表明,24份资源中有3份对青枯病表现为抗病(R),其余资源均表现为高抗(HR),所有种质对疫病、白粉病均表现为高抗(HR),说明所收集到的种质资源在本地种植抗性好。

The main agronomic characters of 24 pepper germplasm resources collected in Qianxi’nan Prefecture of Guizhou were evaluated and identified,and the variability analysis and disease resistance were compared.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of fruit number per plant,average fruit weight,fruit longitudinal stem,and pulp thickness was large,indicating that there were differences in genetic material between germplasm.The comparison of disease resistance showed that 3 of the 24 resources were resistant to bacterial wilt(R),the remaining resources were highly resistant(HR),and all germplasms were highly resistant to blight and powdery mildew(HR).),indicating that the collected germplasm resources had good resistance when planted locally.
