摘要 能源互联网背景下大规模高渗透率分布式电源的接入使得传统配电网的结构发生改变,相比传统储能,移动储能系统凭借其机动灵活、启动迅速等优点在配电网中的作用日益明显。然而,国内在移动储能效益方面多表现为定性分析,定量分析及计算较少。对移动储能的典型应用场景进行划分并挖掘其价值,然后以经济效益最大为目标构建模型并利用遗传与线性规划相结合的算法进行求解,将复杂的模型变成简单的线性规划问题,方便进行定量计算。算例分别以电网和用户为投资主体对移动储能经济效益进行分析,验证了模型和算法的有效性。最后对进一步研究进行了展望。 Under the background of energy Internet,the access of large-scale and high permeability distributed generation has changed the structure of traditional distribution network.Compared to the traditional energy storage system,the mobile energy storage system plays an increasingly important role in the distribution network by virtue of its advantages of flexibility and rapid start-up.However,in China,the benefits of mobile energy storage are mostly qualitative analysis,and there are few quantitative analysis and calculation.In this paper,the typical application scenarios of mobile energy storage are partitioned and their value is explored.Then,taking the maximum economic benefit as the goal,the model is constructed and solved by the combination of genetic algorithm and linear programming,which turns the complex model into a simple linear programming problem for quantitative calculation.An example is given to analyze the economic benefits of mobile energy storage with power grid and users as the main investors,which verifies the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.Finally,the further research is prospected.
