基于PlatEMO的新能源高渗透率电网惯量辨识方法 被引量:1

摘要 传统方法构建的惯量辨识模型,未考虑新能源接入电网的比例系数,一定程度上降低了惯量辨识精度。鉴于此,构建了新能源高渗透率区域电网等效频率响应模型,以更准确还原区域电网惯量水平。针对需辨识的区域惯量参数,采用多目标优化平台PlatEMO上多种主流优化算法进行参数辨识及其辨识精度比较。仿真结果表明了辨识方法的可行性,同时表明粒子群一类算法在辨识该类闭环模型参数时,在精度上和辨识速度上具有较明显优势。 The inertia identification model constructed by traditional methods does not consider the proportion coefficient of new energy sources connected to the power grid,which reduces the accuracy of inertia identification to a certain extent.In view of this,the equivalent frequency response model of regional power grid with new energy high permeability is constructed to restore the inertia level of regional power grid more accurately.For the regional inertia parameters to be identified,a variety of mainstream optimization algorithms on the multi-objective optimization platform PlatEMO are used for parameter identification and comparison of identification accuracy.The simulation results show the feasibility of the identification method,and show that particle swarm optimization algorithm has obvious advantages in accuracy and identification speed in identifying this kind of closed-loop model.
