摘要
合理制定峰谷电价是现阶段实行需求侧管理的有效手段。引入需求侧的电力需求价格弹性,建立基于电价需求弹性峰谷分时电价的用户响应模型;综合考虑用户用电行为耐受度和用户用电支出耐受度,建立用户耐受度模型,给出基于用户响应和用户耐受度的峰谷分时电价优化模型。最后通过MATLAB软件,采用多目标遗传算法对提出的峰谷分时电价优化模型进行仿真,验证了其有效性。
It is an effective means to implement demand side management(DSM)to make reasonable peak and valley electricity price.The power demand price elasticity on the demand side is introduced to build a user response model based on the demand elasticity of electricity price.The user tolerance model is established by comprehensively considering the tolerance of user power consumption behavior and user power expenditure.A peak valley user tolerance price optimization model based on user response and user tolerance is proposed.Finally,the multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to simulate the optimization model of user tolerance based on MATLAB,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
