摘要
分布式光伏发电在配电网中渗透率的增加,既加剧原有配电网电压闪变、电压波动、谐波污染为主的电能质量问题,也带来网络损耗不确定性增加、配电网规划困难等新问题。为此,首先分析了问题产生的本质,然后提出分区域建设统一储能设备、虚拟电厂等配电网规划,建设运行调度更加灵活的主动配电网,最后展望了分布式光伏发电在实现“双碳”目标中的重要作用。
The increased penetration of distributed photovoltaic power generation in the distribution network not only aggravates the power quality problems dominated by voltage flicker,voltage fluctuation and harmonic pollution of the original distribution network,but also brings new problems such as increased uncertainty of network loss and difficulty in distribution network planning.To this end,the essence of the problem is analyzed.Then,the distribution network planning of unified energy storage equipment and virtual power plant and construction of active distribution network with more flexible operation and dispatching are put forward.Finally,the important role of distributed photovoltaic power generation in realizing the goal of"double carbon"is prospected.
