摘要
大型油浸式变压器作为核电厂主设备之一,其运行可靠性对机组安全造成直接影响,因此电厂需高度重视变压器的运行管理,其中优化变压器的检修策略,对缩短检修工期,提高设备管理效果,减少核电厂“非计划停机停堆”次数具有重大意义。结合变压器历史缺陷及两起典型的缺陷案例,分析了周期性检修、预测性检修和纠正性检修的优劣。
As one of the main equipment of nuclear power plant,the operation reliability of large oil-immersed transformer directly affects the safety of the unit.Therefore,power plants need to attach great importance to transformer operation management,among which optimizing transformer maintenance strategy is of great significance to shorten maintenance period,improve equipment management effect,and reduce the number of"unplanned shutdown and shutdown"of nuclear power plants.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of periodic maintenance,predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance are analyzed based on the historical defects of transformers and two typical defect cases.
