History,Achievements and Experience in CPC Discipline Construction in Inner Mongolia

纪律建设是党的建设重要组成部分。内蒙古党的纪律建设经过了新民主主义革命时期的初步探索、社会主义革命和建设时期的曲折前进、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期的恢复发展、新时代中国特色社会主义时期的改革与创新四个阶段。内蒙古党的纪律建设严肃了党的纪律,保持了队伍的纯洁性,为内蒙古的团结稳定和经济发展作出了巨大贡献。百年来内蒙古党的纪律建设形成了很多宝贵经验:一是必须坚持中国共产党的领导,二是坚决落实党中央决策部署,三是坚持以人民为中心,四是采用多种方式、综合发挥监督效能,五是培养高素质专业化纪律检查干部队伍。认真总结这些经验对指导民族地区全面从严治党具有重要意义。

Strengthening discipline construction is an important part of the CPC’s organizational building.Party’s discipline construction in Inner Mongolia has gone through four stages as follows:the exploration in the new democratic revolution period,the tortuous progress in the socialist revolution and construction period,the recovery and development in the new period of reform,opening up and socialist modernization,and the reform and development in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.All these work has strengthen the disciplines of the CPC,keeping the purity of the team and made great contributions to the unity,stability and economic development of Inner Mongolia.Valuable experience during this process has been accumulated:It is first to maintain the Party’s leadership;Second comes the implementation of the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee;This is followed by people-centered orientation;Fourthly,supervision effectiveness is to be maximized by adopting multiple means;Lastly,cultivating high-quality professional member team is of great importance.It is of great significance to ensure comprehensive and strict administration of the Party in national regions.
