摘要继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(secondary hyperpara thyroidism,SHPT)是慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)的常见并发症。临床上主要表现为不同程度的皮肤瘙痒、骨痛、骨折、骨骼畸形、血管及软组织转移性钙化、心瓣膜钙化等。但随着病情的发展,部分患者最终进展为难治性的三发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(tertiary hyperparathyroidism,THPT)。
