《蒙医方剂全书》中泻脉剂用药规律研究

Analysis on Medication Regularity of Xiemai Formulas(泻脉剂)in Compendium of Mongoling Medicine Formulas Based on Data Mining

目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析《蒙医方剂全书》中泻脉剂用药规律,为泻脉剂的研究和临床应用提供参考。方法:纳入《蒙医方剂全书》中搜集的泻脉剂,建立数据库,并将整理好的数据进行药物性、味、功效等频数分析,同时运用R studio软件对泻脉剂数据进行聚类分析和关联规则分析。结果:共搜集泻脉剂36首,含药物137味。挖掘出高频药物23味(频数≥5),其中斑蝥出现频率最高,为94.44%(34/36),其次为白硇砂、麝香、螃蟹、诃子、白豆蔻;高频药物以温、凉、平为主,药味以辛、苦为主,功效以利尿、消肿、调胃为主;高频药物关联规则34条,其中白硇砂和斑蝥支持度最高,为50.00%;高频药物聚为4类。结论:《蒙医方剂全书》中泻脉剂体现了辛开苦降和培土扶正并用的配伍思路。

Objective:To analyze the medication law of Xiemai formulas in Compendium of Mongoling Medicine Formulas by using data mining technology,so as to provide reference for the research and clinical application of Xiemai Formulas.Methods:The Xiemai formulas collected in Compendium of Mongoling Medicine Formulas were included,the database was established,and the sorted data were analyzed in terms of drug properties,taste and efficacy.At the same time,the data of Xiemai formulas were analyzed by cluster analysis and association rule analysis using R Studio software.Results:A total of 36 Xiemai formulas were collected in this study,including 137 drugs.23 high-frequency drugs(frequency≥5)were excavated,of which Banmao(cantharis)had the highest frequency,94.44%(34/36),followed by Bainaosha(white sal-ammoniac),Shexiang(moschus),Pangxie(crab),Hezi(chebulae fructus)and Baidoukou(amomi fructus rotundus).The properties of high-frequency drugs are mainly warm,cool and flat,the taste is mainly pungent and bitter,and the efficacy is mainly diuretic,detumescence and regulating stomach.There are 34 association rules for high-frequency drugs,among which Bainaosha(white sal-ammoniac)and Banmao(cantharis)have the highest support(50.00%),and high-frequency drugs are grouped into 4 categories.Concalusion:In Compendium of Mongoling Medicine Formulas,the application of Xiemai formulas embodies the compatibility idea of"acrid opening and bitter downbearing"and"cultivating soil and strengthening health".
