刮痧治疗冠心病心绞痛研究进展

Research Progress of Guasha(刮痧)in Treating Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

从刮痧治疗冠心病心绞痛的机理分析、临床应用研究和方法等方面综述刮痧治疗冠心病心绞痛的研究进展,认为本疗法具有活血化瘀、通络止痛的作用,可通过调节机体炎症免疫反应和(或)改善体内脂质代谢紊乱状态来发挥治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果,临床上应用本疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛由非辨证刮痧逐渐发展为辨证刮痧。从部位、手法、时间及注意事项等角度总结出刮痧治疗冠心病心绞痛的方法,以期为临床的优化应用与推广提供参考和借鉴。

The research progress of Guasha in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease was reviewed from the mechanism analysis,clinical application research and methods of Guasha treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.This paper pointed out that the therapy has the effects of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,dredging collaterals and relieving pain.It can treat angina pectoris of coronary heart disease by regulating the body's inflammatory immune response and/or improving the lipid metabolism disorder in the body.The clinical application of this therapy in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has gradually developed from non-differentiated Guasha to syndrome-differentiated Guasha.This paper summarized the methods of Guasha in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from the perspectives of location,technique,time and precautions,in order to provide reference for clinical optimization application and promotion.
