基于Web of Science核心合集推拿研究的文献计量及可视化分析

Bibliometric and Visual Analysis of Massage Research Based on Web of Science Core Collection

目的:基于Web of Science(WoS)核心合集数据库近20年推拿研究的文献计量及可视化分析,探索研究现状、热点和前沿趋势。方法:以WoS核心合集数据库2001—2020年推拿相关文献为研究对象,应用CiteSpace对作者、机构、关键词、参考文献进行分析,绘制可视化图谱。结果:纳入1793篇文献,研究热度呈阶梯式增长,出版期刊主要以综合性、辅助性医学期刊为主。研究力量以美国、中国为核心,已向73个国家/地区发散,迈阿密大学的Field Tiffany团队、上海中医药大学的房敏团队和孔敬大学的Eungpinichpong Wichai团队是推拿研究的核心作者团队和机构。关键词分析研究的热点主要有推拿疗法、疼痛、焦虑抑郁、机制研究,代表性聚类集中在作用机制研究、腹部推拿、系统评价、妇科推拿、儿科推拿等方面。前沿趋势侧重于推拿对血液循环、血压、肌筋膜自我放松的影响,以及不同国家/地区推拿疗法的交互融合。文献共被引分析关键文献集中在功能改善、炎症、筋膜放松和增加早产儿体质量等方面。结论:推拿研究与多学科相交叉,不同学科的关注和认识逐渐加深,推拿治疗伤科疾病的机制研究和循证医学证据是目前研究的主要方向,腹部推拿、妇科推拿、儿科推拿受到了较多的关注和研究。

Objective:Based on the bibliometric and visual analysis of massage research in recent 20 years based on the core collection database of web of Science(WoS),to explore the research status,hot spots and cutting-edge trends.Methods:Based on the WoS core collection database of massage related literature from 2001 to 2020,CiteSpace was used to analyze the authors,institutions,keywords and references,and draw a visual atlas.Results:1793 papers were included,and the research popularity increased step by step.The journals published were mainly comprehensive and auxiliary medical journals.The research strength is centered on the United States and China,and has spread to 73 countries/regions.Field Tiffany's team from the University of Miami,FANG Min's team from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Eungpinichpong Wichai's team from Khon Kaen University in Thailand are the core author teams and institutions of massage research.Keywords are massage therapy,pain,anxiety,depression and mechanism research,representative cluster focused on the mechanism of action,abdominal massage,systematic evaluation and gynecological and pediatric massage.The leading trend focuses on the interaction and integration of massage therapy in blood circulation,blood pressure,myofascial self-relaxation,and different countries/regions.Key literatures in co-citation analysis focused on functional improvement,inflammation,fascial relaxation and weight gain in premature infants.Conclusion:Massage research and multi-disciplinary cross,by different disciplines of concern and understanding gradually deepened,traumatology disease mechanism research and evidence-based medical evidence is the main direction of current research,abdominal massage,pediatric massage has received more attention and research.
