基于文献计量学的虚拟现实技术在中医学领域应用现状分析

Analysis of the Application of Virtual Reality Technology in the Field of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Bibliometrics

目的:分析虚拟现实技术在中医学领域的应用现状,为未来虚拟现实技术应用于中医药行业的发展提供参考。方法:运用文献计量学方法,系统检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(WANFANG DATA)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)中自建库至2021年1月所有与主题相关的文献,对文献发表时间、来源分布、作者情况、研究单位、资助基金级别、关键词等信息进行整理与统计。结果:共纳入文献240篇,涉及作者215位、主要研究单位85家;根据普赖斯定律,目前国内尚未形成稳定的核心作者群与核心区期刊;论文基金资助率为53.33%(128/240),关键词除“虚拟现实”“中医”外,以教学、针灸推拿、药学领域相关词汇出现频率较高。结论:虚拟现实技术在中医学领域的应用逐渐增加,并主要体现在针灸推拿的教学中,但仍有待对行业内相关主题研究展开进一步资助,以促进和丰富虚拟现实技术在中医药院校更多课程教学及临床诊疗中的应用,从而推动中医药行业的现代化发展。

Objective:To analyze the application status of virtual reality(VR)technology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and to provide some reference and help for the future application of VR technology in the field of TCM.Methods:According to bibliometric method,we systematically searched the databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and SinoMed from the date of establishment to January 2021 for all the literatures related to the subject,collated and counted the published time,source distribution,authors,research institutions,funding levels,key words and other information.Results:A total of 240 papers were included,involving 215 authors and 85 major research institutions;According to Price Law,a stable core author group and core area journals have not yet been formed;The funding rate of papers was 53.33%(128/240),and the key words in the field of teaching,acupuncture and Tuina,pharmacy in addition to"VR"and"TCM",were appeared more frequently.Conclusion:The application of virtual reality technology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine has gradually increased,and it is mainly reflected in the teaching of acupuncture and massage.While further funding is needed for the research of related topics in the industry,so as to accelerate and enrich the application of VR technology in more courses teaching as well as clinical diagnosis and treatment in colleges and universities of TCM,which will promote the modern development of TCM industry.
