摘要
为探讨微生态制剂对热应激肉鸡免疫功能和肠道形态的影响,以35日龄817肉鸡为研究对象,采用2×2析因设计试验,研究饲粮中添加微生态制剂对热应激肉鸡血清免疫指标、免疫器官指数和空肠形态结构的影响.结果显示:与常温组相比,热应激组肉鸡血清中3种免疫球蛋白含量均显著降低;胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊的免疫器官指数显著降低;空肠绒毛高度、绒隐比显著下降,隐窝深度显著增高.与热应激组相比,热应激+微生态制剂组肉鸡血清中免疫球蛋白A、G(IgA、IgG)含量显著提高;胸腺和脾脏的免疫器官指数显著增高;空肠绒毛高度、绒隐比显著提高.综上,热应激状态下,日粮中添加微生态制剂可一定程度上缓解肉鸡免疫功能受损,维持肠道形态结构.
To investigate the effects of microecological preparations on immune function and intestinal mor-phology of broilers under heat stress,a 2×2 factorial experiment was conducted in 817 broilers aged 35days to study the effects of dietary microecological preparations on serum immune indexes,immune organ in-dexes and jejunum morphological structure of broilers under heat stress.The results showed:Compared with normal temperature group,the contents of 3 kinds of immunoglobulins were significantly decreased in the se-rums,the indexes immune organs indexes of thymus,spleen and bursa of fabricius were significantly de-creased,villus height and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth(v/c)were significantly decreased,and crypt depth was increased in heat-stressed group.Compared with heat-stressed group,the contents of IgA and IgG were significantly increased in the serums,the immune organs indexes of thymus and spleen were significantly increased,and villus height and v/c were significantly increased in heat-stressed probiotics group.These results indicated that the basal diets supplemented with probiotics may alleviate impairment of the immune function and maintained the intestinal morphology in the broilers under heat-stressed condi-tions.
