手机微信干预对艾滋病患者用药依从性的影响

Intelligent intervention measure using Wechat to improve medication compliance of AIDS patients

选取238例艾滋病患者,根据就诊时分配的患者编号(奇数和偶数)分成对照组和实验组,研究手机微信干预对其用药依从性的影响.对照组患者在进行高效抗逆转录病毒治疗的同时,定期在门诊接受常规的用药依从性教育;实验组患者在对照组的基础上均配备安装微信应用程序的智能手机,医务人员每天按时向该组患者发送两次微信提醒.研究结果显示,实验组患者未服药和延迟服药的人数(2和4人)和次数(6和9次)显著少于(P<0.05)对照组的人数(31和27人)和次数(117和129次),表明手机微信干预措施能较好地提高人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病患者的用药依从性;与对照组比较,在干预治疗24个月后,实验组患者CD4+T细胞明显增加(P<0.05),且未发生失访、死亡和耐药性,表明手机微信干预有益于HIV感染者/艾滋病患者的恢复.

A total of 238 AIDS patients were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to their numbers(odd and even) assigned at the time of treatment, to study the influence of mobile phone Wechat intervention on their medication compliance. And the control group was treated with high effective antiretroviral therapy, and regularly received regular medication adherence to education in the outpatient clinic.In the experimental group, the patients were equipped with a smartphone installed with Wechat applications, and the medical staff sent two Wechat alerts to the patients on time. The results showed that the number of patients who had not taken and delayed medication in the experimental group(2 and 4) and the total frequency(6 and 9) were significantly less(P<0.05) than the number in the control group(31 and 27) and the total frequency(117 and 129),indicating that the mobile Wechat interventions can improve the medication compliance of HIV/AIDS patients. At the same time, compared with the control group, the number of CD4+T cells in the experimental group were signifi-cantly increased(P<0.05) after 24 months of intervention, and there was no loss of visit, death and resistance, indi-cating that mobile Wechat intervention was beneficial to the recovery of HIV/AIDS patients.
