考虑电网负荷特性的梯级水电站群中长期发电能力计算模型

摘要 目前水电站设计采用的水能计算方法虽然能从河流水能资源充分利用的角度实现梯级水电站群中长期发电能力计算,但忽视了投运后电网调度特性对梯级水电站群运行方式的影响。基于梯级水电站设计年径流过程,建立了考虑电网负荷特性的梯级水电发电能力计算模型,采用混合整数线性规划求解方法求解该模型,实现了考虑电网负荷特性的梯级水电站群中长期发电能力计算。以四川省嘉陵江流域的16座梯级水电站群中长期发电能力计算为例,进行了考虑电网负荷特性的发电能力计算,结果表明,该方法能够实现考虑负荷特性的梯级水电群发电能力计算,有助于指导梯级水电站群运行方式设计。 Although the current hydropower calculation method used in the design of hydropower stations can calculate the medium and long-term power generation capacity of cascaded hydropower stations from the perspective of full utilization of river hydropower resources,it ignores the impact of power grid dispatching characteristics on the operation mode of cascaded hydropower stations after they are put into operation.Based on the design annual runoff process of cascaded hydropower stations,a calculation model of cascaded hydropower generation capacity considering grid load characteristics is established,and the mixed integer linear programming(MILP)method is used to solve the model.This method is applied to the calculations of medium and long-term generation capacity for sixteen cascaded hydropower stations on the Jialing River in Sichuan Province.The calculation results show that this method can realize the generation capacity calculation of cascaded hydropower stations considering grid load characteristics,and is helpful to design the operation mode of cascaded hydropower stations.
