摘要
在水轮发电机组长时间运行中,受到水力、机械、时间等因素的影响,活动导叶立面间隙偏大,活动导叶漏水量偏大。为此结合芒里水电站水力设备实际布置情况,通过在传动部分中加装偏心销连板结构,增设偏心销,增大偏心量,使全部活动导叶具备可调节能力,达到调节活动导叶立面间隙的目的。实践结果表明,该方法效果较好,能有效解决活动导叶立面间隙偏大问题。
During long-term operation of hydro generator,due to the influence of hydraulic,mechanical and time factors,the clearance between elevations of movable guide vanes is large and the leakage of movable guide vanes is large.Combined with the actual layout of hydraulic equipment of mangli hydropower station,by adding eccentric pin connecting plate structure in the transmission part,adding eccentric pin and increasing the eccentricity,all movable guide vanes have adjustable capacity to adjust the vertical clearance of movable guide vanes.The practice results show that this method is effective and can effectively solve the problem of large vertical clearance of movable guide vane.
