煤层气分段压裂水平井产能主控因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 多段压裂水平井是非常规天然气开发的重要技术,但水平井多段压裂投入成本较高,不合理的布井和不合理的压裂施工方案都可能导致煤层气井无法产生经济效益。因此,为了降低煤层气多段压裂水平井投资风险,文章采用数值模拟的方法对影响煤层气多段压裂水平井产能的地质因素和工程因素分别进行正交试验。研究结果表明:影响煤层气多段压裂水平井产能的地质主控因素为储层渗透率和含气量,工程主控因素为水平段长度和裂缝半长。研究结果对快速评价煤层气多段压裂水平井适应性和制定合理的压裂施工方案具有重要意义。 Multi-stage fracturing horizontal well is an important technology for unconventional natural gas development,but the investment cost of multi-stage fracturing in horizontal well is high.Unreasonable well layout and unreasonable fracturing construction scheme may lead to the failure of economic benefits of CBM wells.Therefore,in order to reduce the investment risk of CBM multi-stage fracturing horizontal wells,this paper uses the numerical simulation method to carry out orthogonal experiments on the geological and engineering factors that affect the productivity of CBM multi-stage fracturing horizontal wells.The results show that the main geological controlling factors affecting the productivity of multi-stage fractured horizontal wells are reservoir permeability and gas content,and the main engineering controlling factors are horizontal section length and fracture half length.The research results are of great significance to quickly evaluate the adaptability of multi-stage fractured horizontal wells and formulate reasonable fracturing operation scheme.
