摘要
细菌纤维素(BC)具有纯度高、可再生、生物相容性好及优异的力学性能等特性,成为复合材料中性能优异的增强剂之一。利用2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(EPTAC)对BC进行季铵化改性,并将其与明胶混合进行冷冻干燥,再交联制备止血海绵。采用万能材料试验机、紫外分光光度计等对复合海绵的力学性能、凝血性能和抗菌性能进行测量,结果表明季铵化改性的BC能够有效改善明胶海绵的力学性能,当BC与明胶比例为5∶5时压缩模量最大,为8.56 kPa,同时促进血栓形成,在改善止血性能的同时,赋予了海绵抗菌特性,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率分别达65.0%和87.6%。
Bacterial cellulose has many excellent properties to use in the composites as reinforcing materials,such as high purity,regeneration,biocompatibility,and excellent mechanical properties.BC was quaternized by 2,3-epoxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride,which was mixed with gelatin for freeze-drying,and then crosslinked to prepare hemostatic sponge.The mechanical properties,coagulation properties and antibacterial properties of the composite sponge were measured.The results showed that quaternary ammonium modified BC can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the gelatin sponge.When the ratio of BC to gelatin was 5∶5,the compression modulus was 8.56 kPa.It also promoted thrombosis,and endowed the sponge with antibacterial properties while improving hemostatic properties.The antibacterial rates against E.coli and S.aureus were 65.0%and 87.6%respectively.
