肩关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术对ASES评分关节活动度和疼痛的影响

Effects of arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff injury on ases score,joint range of motion and pain

目的探讨肩关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术对ASES评分、关节活动度和疼痛的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2021年3月广昌县人民医院收治的肩袖损伤患者52例为研究对象,按照住院号尾号的单双数分为研究组和对照组。对照组应用小切口肩袖损伤修复术治疗,研究组应用肩关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术治疗,比较2组手术前后肩关节功能与疼痛程度变化情况、术后肩关节活动度、手术操作时间、住院恢复时间、医疗花费以及并发症的发生情况。结果研究组治疗后ASES、UCLA评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组前屈、外旋、外展、内旋均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组手术操作时间短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组住院恢复时间短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组医疗花费少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。2组并发症发生率对比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论肩关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术可以改善患者的ASES评分、关节功能和疼痛,提高肩关节活动能力,缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少患者的医疗花费。

Objective To investigate the effects of arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff injury on ases score,joint range of motion and pain.Methods 52 patients with rotator cuff injury treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research object.According to the single and double number of the mantissa of the admission order,they were divided into the research group and the control group.The control group was treated with small incision repair of rotator cuff injury.The study group was treated with rotator cuff injury repair under shoulder arthroscopy.The changes of shoulder function and pain degree,postoperative shoulder range of motion,operation time,hospital recovery time,medical expenses and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of ases and UCLA in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the data(P<0.05);The range of motion of shoulder joint in the study group improved better.The flexion,external rotation,abduction and internal rotation in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the data was significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the study group was faster than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the data(P<0.05);The hospital recovery time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the data(P<0.05);The medical expenses of the study group were less than those of the control group,and there was significant difference between the data(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff injury can improve patients'ases score,joint range of motion and pain,improve patients'ability of forward flexion,external rotation,abduction and internal rotation,shorten patients'operation time and hospital stay,and reduce patients'medical expenses.
