康复理疗在腰椎间盘突出症中临床效果及对预后的影响分析

Analysis of clinical effect and prognostic effect of rehabilitation physiotherapy in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的探究腰椎间盘突出症患者接受康复理疗的疗效及对预后的影响。方法选取石河子大学医学院第一附属医院2019年1月—2021年1月收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组增加康复理疗,对比2组患者临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗与康复训练后,2组JOA评分与干预前进行比较均明显提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后2组患者VAS评分均明显低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者SF-36评分均明显高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腰椎间盘突出症患者临床治疗中应用康复理疗可提高整体疗效,患者腰椎功能得以改善,疼痛感减轻,预后良好,提高生活质量,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation physiotherapy on patients with lumbar disc herniation and its influence on the prognosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control and observation groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given rehabilitation therapy to compare the difference in clinical effects between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment and rehabilitation training,the JOA scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before intervention,and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,the application of rehabilitation physiotherapy can improve the overall curative effect,the lumbar function of the patient can be improved,the pain is reduced,the prognosis is good,and the quality of life of the patient is improved.It is worthy of application.
