电去离子技术对溴离子富集的试验

摘要 溴素作为一种广泛应用于工业、军事领域的有机及无机化合物制备的化工原料,发展其生产技术是溴工业发展的关键,但我国溴素生产工艺存在高耗能、资源利用率低、投资成本高3大技术缺陷。故采用一种绿色无污染的电去离子(electrodeionization,EDI)技术对溴离子进行富集,使用自制EDI装置单一控制变量对溴化钠溶液进行溴离子富集,确定装置运行最佳工艺。试验结果表明,在工作电压为30 V时,装置浓室TDS可增加到初始TDS的3.73倍。改变浓室初始液浓度,溴离子初始质量浓度为750 mg/L时,装置浓室的最佳浓缩效果为4.14倍。当填充树脂类型为凝胶型树脂时,富集倍数可达7.36倍,证实了该工艺在溴离子富集提取方面的可行性,同时为其他的卤族元素提取提供了新思路。 Bromine is a chemical raw material which is widely used in industrial and military fields to prepare organic and inorganic compounds.Developing its production technology is the key to the development of bromine industry.However,there are three major technical defects in bromine production process at home,such as high energy consumption,low resource utilization rate and investment cost.Therefore,a green and pollution-free electrodeionization(EDI)technology was used to enrich bromine ions in this paper.A single control variable of the self-made EDI device was used to enrich bromine ions in the sodium bromide solution to determine the optimal operation process of device.Results showed that when operating voltage was 30 V,the TDS value of thick chamber could be increased to 3.73 times of initial value.When the concentration of bromine ion was 750 mg/L,the best concentration effect of thick chamber was 4.14 times.When filling resin type was gel resin,enrichment ratio could reach 7.36 times,which confirms the feasibility of this process in the extraction of bromine ions,and provided a new idea for extraction of other halogen elements.
