老旧水厂滤池滤料堵塞问题的处理对策 被引量:2

摘要 深圳原特区外村镇级水厂因建设年代早,多为镇政府自建且建设标准低,滤池普遍仅采用水冲洗,且存在水洗强度不够、反冲洗配水不均匀等问题,导致滤池滤料堵塞严重,过滤效果差。针对上述问题,文中总结应对滤池滤料堵塞问题的经验,通过提高滤池反冲洗频次、弱酸搓洗滤砂、强化曝气冲洗等措施,降低滤池运行负荷,避免因滤料堵塞问题带来的水质风险,保障出水水质。 Due to the age-old construction of village-level WTPs outside the original Special Zone in Shenzhen, most of them are self-built by town government and have low construction standards, of which filter tanks generally only use water for washing, and there are some problems such as insufficient water washing strength and uneven water distribution in back-washing, which lead to serious blockage of filter materials in filter tanks and poor filtration effect. In view of above problems, this paper summarized the experience of coping with the blockage of filter materials in filter tank, reducing the operating load of filter tank, avoiding the risk of water quality caused by blockage of filter materials, ensuring effluent water quality by increasing the frequency of back-washing of filter tank, washing sand with weak acid, and strengthening aeration washing.
