预热温度对于混合喷吹O_(2)+CO_(2)旋流氧枪喷头射流特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 氧枪是转炉炼钢工艺最主要的设备之一,氧枪性能对于冶炼指标影响较大。使用Ansys Fluent软件对四孔旋流氧枪喷头射流进行数值模拟,设定喷吹气体介质为90%O_(2)+10%CO_(2),调整混合气的预热温度,分析不同预热温度对旋流喷头射流特性的影响。结果表明,在相同喷吹距离条件下,预热温度越高,射流轴向速度越大,射流径向速度最大值增加,且射流偏移程度加剧。本研究结果可为旋流氧枪喷头混合喷吹CO_(2)+O_(2)的设计和优化提供理论参考。 Oxygen lance is one of the most important equipment in converter steelmaking process, and its performance has a great influence on smelting index. ANSYS Fluent software was used to perform numerical simulation on the four-hole swirling oxygen lance nozzle. The injection gas medium was set as 90%O_(2)+10%CO_(2), and the preheating temperature of the mixture was adjusted to analyze the influence of different preheating temperatures on the jet flow characteristics of the swirling nozzle. The results show that the higher the preheating temperature is, the greater the axial velocity of the jet will be, and the maximum radial velocity of the jet will increase, and the degree of jet offset will be intensified. The results of this study can provide theoretical reference for the design and optimization of the mixed injection of CO_(2)+O_(2)at the swirl lance nozzle.
