四川凉山州教育扶贫“一村一幼”计划实施研究

摘要 教育扶贫“一村一幼”计划实施是解决深度贫困的民族地区贫困代际传递问题的重要措施。凉山州教育扶贫“一村一幼”计划实施以来,在幼教点校舍建设、辅导员队伍建设、保教目标实现和助力脱贫攻坚上取得了可喜的成绩,全州17个县(市)的行政村村村有幼教点,3-6岁幼儿就近入点接受民汉双语教育,提高汉语能力,入学时接受过学前教育的学生几乎100%,学前教育得到了空前的普及和发展。与此同时,在实施过程中存在幼教点校舍建设不正规、辅导员队伍不稳定、保教器材缺乏、保教环境差等问题。解决存在的问题要从提高政治站位、多渠道筹集资金、调整机构编制、提高辅导员待遇、迈向正规幼儿园建设上着手。 Since the implementation of the“A kindergarten in a village”plan for helping the poor in education in Liangshan Prefecture,gratifying achievements have been made in building school buildings,building the contingent of counselors,realizing the goals of education,and helping to overcome poverty.Administrative villages and villages in 17 counties(cities)across the Prefecture have preschool education centers.But there are some problems in the process of implementation,such as irregular school building construction,unstable counselors,lack of teaching equipment,poor environment and so on.
