摘要
阐述CTCS-0级列控系统构成及动态验收相关规范特点,提出应补充普速铁路动态验收规范的建议。参照高速铁路动态检测经验,从检测设备、检测案例、检测内容、检测计划等角度,研究CTCS-0级列控系统测试方法,并根据现场测试实践,总结出常见问题及典型案例,结合相关规范着重探讨信号机显示距离、轨道电路分路不良、引导接车进路显示H灯、接近区段前允许速度下降等问题,为海外普速铁路的设计和试验提供参考。
This paper describes the composition of the CTCS-0 train control system and characteristics of specifications concerning dynamic acceptance, and suggests supplementing specifications for conventional railway dynamic acceptance. Test methods of CTCS-0 train control system are researched in terms of inspection devices, cases, contents and plans with reference to the HSR dynamic inspection, common problems and typical cases are summarized in accordance with the on-site tests, and problems are mainly discussed in combination with relevant specifications, including the range of a signal, loss of shunting of track circuit, call-on signal of H light for receiving route and decrease in allowable speed before approaching the section, to provide a reference for the design and test of overseas conventional railways.
