摘要
汉沽—曹妃甸铁路建设对曹妃甸港融入渤海经济圈、促进京津冀协同发展具有重要作用。在分析天津、唐山城市规划和既有铁路概况的基础上,根据地区运量预测情况、技术标准,对汉沽—曹妃甸铁路工程方案进行深入分析,并从利用既有路网布局合理性、铁路长度、工程实施难度、既有工程改造难度、与城市规划协调性、财务评价、国民经济评价、工程投资等方面对该方案进行技术、经济比选,最后推荐汉沽—曹妃甸铁路工程采用南堡站接轨方案,该方案可实现铁路自身点、线、面协调统一,同时与城市发展有机结合,可以为其他类似工程提供参考。
The construction of Hangu-Caofeidian Railway plays an important role in integrating Caofeidian Port into the Bohai Economic Circle and promoting the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.Based on the analysis of the urban planning of Tianjin and Tangshan and the overview of existing railway,according to the regional forecast of traffic volume and technical standards, this paper thoroughly analyzes relevant line alignment schemes, and makes a technical and economic comparison of the above schemes in terms of rationality of utilizing the existing road network layout, route length, engineering implementation difficulty, reconstruction difficulty of existing works, coordination with urban planning, financial evaluation,national economic evaluation and project investment. Finally, it is recommended to adopt Nanbao Station connection scheme for Hangu-Caofeidian Railway, which realizes the coordination and uniformity of points,lines and surfaces of the railway, and organically combines with the urban development to provide reference for other similar projects.
