韦氏脊柱整治手法联合三路烫疗包治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察及其对血清IL-1β、TNF-ɑ水平影响

Observation on the Curative Effect of Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated with Three-way Scalding Therapy Package and Its Influence on Serum IL-1β and TNF-α Levels

目的观察韦氏脊柱整治手法联合三路烫疗药包治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按就诊顺序单盲随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规手法治疗,治疗组采用韦氏脊柱整治手法联合三路烫疗药包治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率,治疗前、后血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及治疗前、治疗后腰椎疼痛程度(VAS)、腰椎功能(JOA)评分值变化。结果治疗组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),JOA均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后VAS降低幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),JOA升高幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清IL-1β、TNF-α表达水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论韦氏脊柱整治手法联合三路烫疗药包可以缓解LDH患者疼痛症状,改善腰椎功能,降低血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wechsler’s spinal manipulation combined with three-way hot treatment package in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine manipulation,and the treatment group was treated with Wechsler’s spinal manipulation combined with three-way scalding therapy package. The total effective rate,serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels before and after treatment,and the changes of vas and JOA scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,vas in both groups decreased(P<0.05)and JOA increased(P<0.05),and the decrease of vas in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),JOA increased significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the expression levels of serum IL-1 β and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wechsler’s spinal manipulation combined with three-way hot treatment package can relieve the pain symptoms of LDH patients,improve lumbar function,and reduce the levels of serum IL-1βand TNF-α.
