摘要
国内某大型铜矿山实际生产浮选尾矿铜品位在0.05%~0.07%波动,损失于浮选尾矿中的铜金属量达6100~8500 t/a。为了综合回收浮选尾矿中损失的铜,进行了浮选尾矿选铜探索试验研究和浮选粗精矿是否单独再磨的对比研究。研究最终确定了采用浮选尾矿1次粗选、粗选粗精矿单独再磨后返回现有混合粗选的工艺流程,获得了铜精矿铜品位20%,综合回收率提高1.45个百分点的良好指标,提高了资源利用率。通过方案设计和技术经济效益测算,项目年均利润总额289.59万元,总投资收益率14.93%;税后全投资财务内部收益率16.25%,项目建成后,可为矿山创造巨大的经济效益。
The copper grade of flotation tailings fluctuates in the range of 0.05%~0.07%in actual production of a large copper mine in China,the amount of copper metal lost in flotation tailings is 6100 to 8500 t/a.In order to comprehensively recover the copper lost in flotation tailings,the exploratory study of copper separation on flotation tailings and the comparative study of whether the flotation coarse concentrate is reground separately was carried out,the process of primary roughing on flotation tailings and regrinding the rough concentrate separately and returning to the existing mixed rough flotation is final adopted.The copper concentrate with copper grade of 20%is obtained,and the good index of comprehensive recovery rate of copper concentrate increased by 1.45 percentage points is obtained,the resource utilization rate is improved.By project design and economic analysis,the per year total profit of the project is 2.8959 mil⁃lion¥,and the total earning rate on investment is 14.93%;the financial internal earning rate of the full investment after tax is 16.25%,it can create huge economic benefits for the mine after the project fineshed.
