韩旺铁矿斜井胶带运输的设计与应用

摘要 韩旺铁矿露天转地下的开采分为上河矿段和王峪矿段,上河矿段投产后,由于主井箕斗未配置溜破系统,导致提升能力达不到设计能力。此外,上河主井卸矿站距离选矿厂较远、地表汽车运输成本较高等因素制约了矿山发展。为了解决上河铁矿提升与地表运输瓶颈问题以及兼顾王峪矿段基建工程的未来发展,必须对韩旺铁矿提升运输系统进行整体改造。经过多次考察和对技术经济、安全运行可靠性方面论证后,采用斜井胶带进行运输。韩旺铁矿斜井胶带建成以后,彻底解决井下采矿与选矿厂能力配备问题,具有巨大经济效益和社会效益。 The open pit to underground mining of Hanwang iron ore mine is divided into Shanghe sec⁃tion and Wangyu section.After the Shanghe section was put into operation,the main shaft skip was not equipped with a skid break system,resulting in the lifting capacity not reaching the design capacity.In ad⁃dition,the Shanghe main shaft unloading station is far from the processing plant,and the high cost of sur⁃face transportation by truck has restricted the development of the mine.In order to solve the bottleneck prob⁃lem of hoisting and surface transportation of Shanghe iron ore mine and take into account the future develop⁃ment of the infrastructure project of WangYu mine section,the overall transformation of the hoisting and transportation system of Hanwang iron ore mine was necessary.After several investigations and discussions on technical and economic aspects and safety and operational reliability,the inclined shaft tape was chosen for transportation.After the completion of the inclined shaft tape in Hanwang iron ore mine,it can complete⁃ly solve the problem of equipping underground mining and processing plant capacity,which has great eco⁃nomic and social benefits.
