花山煤矿复合顶板大倾角大采高工作面超前支护技术 被引量:1

Advanced Support Technology of Composite Roof in the Working Face with Large Dip Angle and Large Mining Height in Huashan Coal Mine

摘要 在花山煤矿复合顶板条件下的大倾角大采高工作面两巷超前支护区域,针对该矿应力集中程度增大,现有的支护能力较差、支护难度大、效率低、安全性差等问题,采用了理论分析、数值模拟、在线监测等方法,对其两巷超前支护方式、支护参数进行分析研究。研究结果表明:①该类工作面正常回采时,其超前支护的锚索受力最大达到19 kN,巷道顶板最大下沉量为19 mm,工作面前方应力集中距采线在10~30 m;②复合顶板大倾角大采高工作面,超前支护采用锚索+钢筋托梁(钢带、工字钢等)支护,在本工作面回采期间,未发生锚索断裂现象,只出现复合顶板特有的局部兜网现象;③在6152、6231、6144等十余个大倾角大采高工作面的使用证明,该超前支护技术安全稳定可靠,未发生因超前支护不到位而出现的漏顶、冒顶等现象,促进了该类工作面安全高效开采。 Under the condition of composite roof in Huashan Coal Mine,in the advanced support ar⁃ea of two roadways in the working face with large dip angle and large mining height,in view of the in⁃creased stress concentration in this mine,the existing support ability is poor,the support is difficult,the labor rate is low,and the safety is low.In order to solve problems such as poor performance,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,online monitoring and other methods were used to analyze and study the ad⁃vanced support mode and support parameters of the two roadways.The research results show that:①When this type of working face is normally mined,the maximum force of the anchor cable of its advanced support is 19 kN,and the maximum subsidence of the roadway roof is 19 mm.The stress concentration in front of the working face is in the range of 10~30 m from the mining line.②The working face with large inclination angle and large mining height of the composite roof shall be supported by anchor cables+steel joists(steel belts,I-beams,etc.)in advance.During the mining period of this working face,no anchor cable breakage occurred,only the local pocket net phenomenon unique to the composite roof occurred.③The use of more than ten working faces with large inclination angles and large mining heights such as 6152,6231,and 6144 proves that the advanced support technology is safe,stable and reliable,and no roof leakage or roof fall occurred due to insufficient advanced support,which has promoted the development of this project.Safe and efficient mining of similar working faces.
