新疆索尔库都克铜矿伴生金综合回收试验研究

摘要 为了加强铜矿石中伴生金矿物的综合回收,提高矿产资源综合利用率,针对国内同类型矿山普遍对伴生金回收重视程度不够,伴生金回收率偏低等问题,以新疆索尔库都克铜矿石为研究对象,进行了伴生金综合回收试验研究。试验通过增加粗选磨矿细度,硫酸铵作为载金矿物活化剂,对铜矿物和金矿物捕收性能都较好的A16作捕收剂,闭路试验获得了铜精矿铜品位21.45%、铜回收率91.01%,金品位5.10 g/t、金回收率50.45%的良好试验指标,铜与金均得到了有效回收,经济效益和社会效益显著。 In order to strengthen the comprehensive recovery of associated gold minerals from copper ore,improve the comprehensive utilization rate of mineral resources,in view of the insufficient attention paid to the recovery of associated gold and the low recovery rate of associated gold in the same type of mines in China,an experimental study on the comprehensive recovery of associated gold was carried out with the copper ore in Sorkuduke,Xinjiang.By increasing the grinding fineness of roughing,ammonium sulfate was used as the activator of gold-bearing minerals,and A16 with good collecting performance to copper and gold minerals was used as the collector.The closed-circuit test obtained good test indexes of copper concentrate with copper grade of 21.45%,copper recovery of 91.01%,gold grade of 5.10 g/t,and gold recovery of 50.45%.Copper and gold were effectively recovered,and economic and social benefits were remarkable.
