摘要
为了提高市场竞争力,降低选比及精矿成本,针对舞阳矿业公司铁山矿选厂原矿石品位低,矿石中含有硅酸铁,造成尾矿品位高及选矿成本偏高的问题进行了研究。研究得出:入磨矿品位低是造成磨矿效率低、磨矿成本占比高的主要原因,通过引入高压辊磨机进行了高压辊磨+磨前预选工艺改造,改造后有效降低了精矿成本,经济效益显著。
In order to improve the market competitiveness and reduce the separation ratio and concen⁃trate cost,the problems of low grade of raw ore and iron silicate in the ore in Tieshan Concentrator of Wuy⁃ang Mining Company which resulted in high grade of tailings and high beneficiation cost was studied.The results show that the low grinding grade is the main reason for low grinding efficiency and high grinding cost.Through the introduction of high pressure roller mill,the high pressure roller mill+pre-separation grinding process is reformed,which effectively reduces the cost of concentrate and has remarkable econom⁃ic benefits.
