某工业园区相邻建设场地土壤污染调查及风险分析

Investigation and Risk Analysis of Soil Pollution of Construction Land Adjacent to a Industrial Park

为了保护和改善生态环境,推动土壤资源永续利用,以安徽省某工业园区相邻建设用地地块为研究对象,通过对地块及周边地块使用历史追溯和区域环境污染识别分析,对用途变更为住宅、公共管理与公共服务用地的地块进行土壤污染调查及风险分析。利用专业判断布点法在调查区域内采集土壤样品24个和地表水样品3个,并进行相关指标检测分析。分析结果表明,地块土壤污染物含量均低于建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准的第一类用地风险筛选值,该地块不属于污染地块。

In order to protect and improve the ecological environment and promote the sustainable use of soil resources.Taking a construction land adjacent to the industrial park in Anhui Province as the re⁃search object,by tracing the use history of plots and surrounding plots and analyzing regional environmen⁃tal pollution identification,soil pollution investigation and risk analysis were carried out on plots which us⁃age were changed to residential,public management and public service land.24 soil samples and 3 surface water samples were collected in the survey area by professional judgment method,and the relevant indica⁃tors were detected and analyzed.The results showed that the soil pollutant content of the plot was lower than the first class of land use risk chosen value of the construction land soil pollution risk control stan⁃dard,and the plot was not contaminated.
