基于5G网络的某矿山智能行车改造及实践

摘要 为了进一步提高矿山企业原有设备自动化、智能化装备水平及设备运行效率,针对矿山企业行车在生产过程中存在的设备老化严重、设备故障率高、大小车运行速度慢、设备自动化程度低、安防措施不足等问题,进行了采用先进5G网络完成移动设备的通信及采用智能化算法改造设备的研究,升级了原有设备控制系统,提升了生产效率,节约了生产成本。该解决方案对在矿山企业应用5G网络,提升矿山企业智能化,具有参考借鉴意义。 In order to further improve the level of automation and intelligent equipment of the original equipment of mining enterprises,and improve the operation efficiency of equipment,in view of the serious aging of equipment,high equipment failure rate,slow running speed of large and small vehicles,low degree of equipment automation,lack of security measures and other issues in mining enterprises bridge crane in the process of manufacture,conducted research on the use of advanced 5G networks to complete the com⁃munication of mobile devices,and the use of intelligent algorithms to transform the equipment.The original equipment control system was upgraded,which improved production efficiency and saved production costs.This solution has significant reference for applying 5G network in mining enterprises and improving the in⁃telligence of mining enterprises.
