摘要
为解决常规超声波探伤技术在钢轨焊接接头的头腰和腰底圆弧区域检出疲劳伤损较为困难的问题,针对钢轨焊接接头头腰和腰底圆弧区域从表面产生疲劳裂纹的特点,提出利用超声爬波探伤,并分别设计爬波探头和试验试块。工艺试验和现场验证结果表明,超声爬波受钢轨表面状态干扰少,能够有效发现钢轨焊接接头头腰和腰底圆弧区域的疲劳伤损,具有较高的现场应用价值。
In order to solve the issue that it is difficult for conventional ultrasonic testing technology to detect fatigue damage in the arc area of head waist and waist bottom of rail welded joint,according to the features of fatigue cracks on the surface of head waist and waist bottom arc area of rail welded joint,ultrasonic creeping wave flaw detection is proposed,and creeping wave probes and test blocks are designed respectively.The process test and field verification results show that the ultrasonic creep wave is less disturbed by the rail surface state,and can effectively find the fatigue damage in the arc area of the waist and waist bottom of the rail welded joint,which has high field application value.
