机车某型螺杆式空气压缩机自运用以来,频繁发生后端压缩空气含油量过高和排气温度超高现象。针对这些现象,详细分析原因。通过采用改进粗分挡板,合理、规范使用润滑油等措施,压缩空气含油量高和排气温度超高现象得到解决。

Since the application of a locomotive screw air compressor,the oil content of the back-end compressed air is too high and the air discharge temperature is too high.In view of these phenomena,the causes are analyzed in detail.The high oil content of compressed air and ultra-high air discharge temperature have been solved by adopting measures such as improving the coarse separation baffle and using lubricating oil reasonably and regularly.
