摘要
低温甲醇洗某一绕管式换热器频繁泄漏,导致尾气中环保指标严重超标,影响了装置的生存和长周期运行。为解决绕管式换热器泄漏问题,分别从制造缺陷、工艺流程设计、设计缺陷等方面分析导致换热器泄漏的原因,并模拟计算换热器泄漏量,针对泄漏原因逐一制定相应的对策。通过对策实施,彻底解决了绕管式换热器泄漏问题,实现了装置达标排放和长周期运行。
The frequent leakage during the cleaning of spiral wound heat exchanger in rectisol unit has caused the excessive emission of end gas according to the environmental standards,which affects the life and long-term operation of the devices.To solve the leakage problem,causes of it are analyzed from aspects of manufacturing defects,process design and design defects.Together with calculation of the leakage through simulations,corresponding countermeasures are thus proposed.The implementation of the countermeasures thoroughly solves the leakage problem of the spiral wound heat exchanger,and realizes the up-to-standard emission and long-term operation of the devices.
