国内医疗机构药品遴选评估方法和工具的研究现状及思考

Research Status and Reflection of Methods and Tools for Drug Selection and Evaluation in Medical Institutions from China

随着我国医改进程不断深化,医药卫生政策制度持续完善,大量创新性药品快速上市,在更好地满足临床诊疗需求,保障药品配备使用的同时,也对有限医疗机构药事管理资源提出了更高的要求和巨大的挑战。科学、规范、客观、简便可行的药品遴选评估方法和工具的研究和使用,将为医疗机构合理调整药品目录提供科学的依据。本文通过检索相关研究文献,对我国医疗机构药品遴选评估方法和工具现状进行综述,并探索分析其研究过程和技术特点,为医疗机构选择适宜的评价方法和工具以规范开展药品遴选工作提供参考。

With the deepening of medical reform process in China,the continuous improvement of medical and health policies and systems,a large number of innovative drugs have been put on the market quickly,which not only better meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment and guarantee the use of drugs,but put forward higher requirements and great challenges to the limited pharmaceutical management resources of medical institutions.The research and use of scientific,standardized,objective,simple and feasible methods and tools for drug selection and evaluation can provide scientific basis for medical institutions to adjust drug list reasonably.This paper reviews the current status of methods and tools for drug selection and evaluation in medical institutions in China by searching relevant research literature,exploring and analyzing the research process and technical characteristics,so as to provide reference for medical institutions to select appropriate methods and tools for drug selection and evaluation.
