瘢痕疙瘩目前病因未明,治疗方法较多,但极易复发,对患者的工作、生活造成较大的影响,为整形外科具挑战的疾病之一。瘢痕疙瘩常见于耳垂、前胸部及三角肌区等部位,影响外观的同时,常伴有瘙痒和疼痛,难以忍受,众多患者希望能够治愈,因此,对整形外科医师有很高的要求。本文将综述瘢痕疙瘩的形成因素、临床治疗进展,为临床医生更好的处理本疾病提供思路和依据。

At present,the etiology of keloid is unknown and there are many treatment methods,but it is easy to relapse,which has a great impact on the work and life of patients.It is one of the challenging diseases in plastic surgery.Keloids are common in the earlobe,anterior chest and deltoid area.While affecting the appearance,they are often accompanied by itching and pain,which is unbearable.Many patients hope to be cured.Therefore,there are high requirements for plastic surgeons.This paper will review the formation factors,clinical treatment progress of keloid,so as to provide ideas and basis for clinicians to better deal with this disease.
