中国科技创新机制经历了从新中国成立之初“国家计划创新机制”、改革开放时期“企业为主体的市场创新机制”。更先进的新的科技创新机制应是国家以政策、力量支持的创新者自组织科技创新。新的创新机制将通过科技创新网络平台、科技创新共同体,自组织科技创新基金会等重要体制创新开辟践行之路。
