摘要
产业技术创新联盟是基于高校产学研实践的优化产物。从系统理论的分类而言,它属于非平衡的开放系统,具备耗散结构理论的研究基础。为保证有序性评价的实用性与科学性,理想研究对象应当与国家新兴战略产业高度相关,且发展处于起步阶段、行业技术含金量高、技术技能人才缺口大等特点。本文选取广东省印制电子电路产业技术创新联盟作为研究对象,使用耗散结构熵变原理计算其运行熵及关联熵,获得联盟结构及运行有序度的动态演变情况,尝试构建联盟有序性评价的指标体系。结果显示,政府因素对联盟有序性影响显著。
Industrial technology innovation alliance is an optimized product based on the practice of university production,study and research.In terms of the classification of system theory,it belongs to non-equilibrium open system and has the research foundation of dissipative structure theory.In order to ensure the practicability and scientificity of the orderly evaluation,the ideal research object should be highly related to the national emerging strategic industries,and its development is in the initial stage,the industry has high technical value,and the shortage of technical skills is large.In this paper,Guangdong Printed Electronic Circuit Industry Technology Innovation Alliance is selected as the research object,and the operational entropy and correlation entropy are calculated based on the dissipative structure entropy change principle,so as to obtain the dynamic evolution of alliance structure and operation order degree,and try to construct the index system of alliance order evaluation.The evolution shows that the orderliness of the alliance is greatly affected by the government.
