纳米级护牙剂对于釉质酸蚀后再矿化效果的定量分析 被引量:3

Quantitative analysis of the effect of nanoscale dental protectants on the mineralization of enamel after acid etching

摘要 目的:比较含有纳米级CPP-ACP的护牙素和nHAP的防护牙膏在口腔正畸术后龋白斑中的再矿化效果。方法:选择上下颌第一前磨牙离体牙32颗牙,正畸酸蚀剂酸蚀颊侧牙面釉质30 s后,随机分为空白对照组,酸蚀即刻置去离子水中10 d,以及人工唾液组、CPP-ACP组、nHAP组分别酸蚀后不同再矿化处理作用后10 d,测定釉质表面显微硬度值(SMH)和Ca/P比值。结果:再矿化处理后CPP-ACP组、nHAP组的釉质SMH和Ca/P均明显增加(P<0.05);人工唾液组再矿化后的釉质SMH和Ca/P均低于CPP-ACP组、nHAP组(P<0.05);CPP-ACP组与nHAP组组间比较,差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:纳米级的nHAP或CPP-ACP材料均可显著促进釉质再矿化,以CPP-ACP再矿化效果最优。 Objective:To compare the remineralization effect of CPP-ACP and nHAP protective toothpaste in dental caries after orthodontic operation.Methods:A total of 32 teeth be extracted due to orthodontics were selected.After 30 s of etching of the cheek enamel with orthodontic acid, were randomly divided into blank control group(immediately placed in deionized water for 10 days),artificial saliva group(immediately placed in artificial saliva for 10 days),CPP-ACP group and nHAP group(in artificial saliva for 10 days after acid erosion by different materials remineralization pathway).The surface microhardness(SMH)and Ca/P ratio of the four groups were compared.Results:The enamel SMH and Ca/P in CPP-ACP and nHAP groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the enamel SMH and Ca/P after remineralization in artificial saliva group were lower than those in CPP-ACP and nHAP group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between CPP-ACP group and nHAP group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nanoscale nHAP or CPP-ACP materials can significantly promote the remineralization of enamel enamel, and CPP-ACP has the best remineralization effect.
