摘要
随着社会经济的高速发展,人们对物质方面需求变得越来越多样化。辣根作为一种调味品受到大众广泛喜爱。本文首先对辣根的特征与种植前景加以明确,其次对辣根所具备的营养成分以及生物学特性展开深入分析,在此基础上,提出辣根标准化种植技术在中国发展的具体措施。
With the rapid development of social economy, people’s material needs have become more and more diversified. Horseradish is widely loved by the masses as a condiment. Firstly,this paper defines the characteristics and planting prospects of horseradish.Secondly,it deeply analyzes the nutritional components and biological characteristics of horseradish. On this basis,this paper puts forward specific measures for the development of horseradish standardized planting technology in China.
