紫外光固化聚苯胺防腐涂层的制备与应用 被引量:8

摘要 为研制高性能绿色环保光固化防腐涂料,选用木质素磺酸钙(LS)作为掺杂剂,改变LS与聚苯胺(PANI)比例得到一系列木质素磺酸钙掺杂聚苯胺(LS-PANI),并将其作为防腐填料来制备UV固化防腐涂料。通过实时红外(RT-IR)、凝胶含量、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、耐盐雾测试等比较了LS与PANI的质量比及LS-PANI添加量对光固化涂层固化程度及防腐性能等的影响。结果表明:低于1.0%的LS-PANI的引入对光固化过程影响较小;LS对PANI的掺杂能有效改善PANI在光固化树脂中的分散性;当LS与PANI的质量比为1∶4时,LS-PANI的添加量为1.0%时,LS-PANI在涂层中的分散性最好,制备的光固化涂层防腐性能最佳。 To develop the green UV-cured anti-corrosive coatings with highperformance,a series of polyaniline doped with calcium lignosulfonate(LS-PANI) was prepared by changing the ratios of LS/PANI,and used as active anti-corrosion filler to prepare UV-curable polyaniline-based anti-corrosive coatings. Real-time infrared test(RT-IR),gel content determination,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and neutral salt spray test were performed to compare the effects of LS/PANI ratio and LS-PANI doping amount on curing degree and anti-corrosion performance of UV-curable coatings. The results showed that the UV curing process was unaffected when the doping amount of LS-PANI below 1. 0%. The dispersibility of PANI in UV-curable resin could be improved effectively by doping of PANI with LS. The best dispersibility of LS-PANI and the excellent anti-corrosion performance of UV-cured coating could be achieved,when the ratio of LS/PANI was 1∶4 and the doping amount was 1. 0%.
