摘要
研究了一种羟基硅油改性环氧树脂的方法,通过红外光谱、GPC测试、DSC测试以及稳定性分析详细考察了反应物配比对改性树脂性能的影响。研究表明:羟基硅油和环氧树脂质量比为5∶1的体系获得的改性产物稳定性好,且具有高的柔韧性和强度;进一步,利用改性树脂配制羟基硅油改性环氧-富镁底漆,通过涂层基本性能测试,盐雾试验和老化试验研究了涂层对铝合金的保护性能。研究表明:涂层附着力得到改善,柔韧性和耐冲击性提高,耐盐雾性优异,耐老化性一般,需与面漆配套使用。
A modified method of epoxy resin by hydroxy silicone was studied in this paper,the influence of reactant ratio on the properties of modified resin was investigated in detail through infrared spectroscopy,GPC test,DSC test and stability analysis. The result showed that when a ratio of hydroxy silicone oil and epoxy resin was 5∶1(mass ratio),the modified products had good stability,high flexibility and strength. Further,using the modified resin to prepare magnesium-rich primer,then protective performance of the coating on aluminum alloy was studied through the basic performance test,salt spray test and aging test.The result showed that adhesion of coating was improved,flexibility and impact resistance were better,the salt spray resistance was superior,and the aging resistance was mediocre,so it need to be used in conjunction with topcoat.
