摘要
利用缓蚀型磷酸盐类颜料复配锌粉,制备了一种新型水性环氧富锌涂料。通过研究缓蚀型颜料的种类及用量,分散剂、流变助剂和附着力促进剂等助剂对富锌涂料相关性能的影响,对涂料配方进行优化。结果表明:选用BYK-2055作为分散剂,1.25%的气相二氧化硅A200和1%的膨润土828作为流变助剂,用9%防锈颜料三聚磷酸铝复配65%锌粉,所制备的水性环氧富锌涂料综合防腐性最好、贮存稳定且成本低,扩大了水性富锌涂料的使用范围。
A novel waterborne epoxy zinc-rich coatings was prepared by using corrosion inhibiting phosphate pigment compounded with zinc powder.The formulation was optimized by studying the effects of the type and dosage of corrosion inhibiting pigment,dispersant,rheological agent,adhesion promoter and other additives on the performance of zinc-rich coatings.The results showed that using BYK-2055 as dispersant,1.25%fumed silica A200 and 1%bentonite 828 as rheological additives,9%aluminum tripolyphosphate as antirust pigment coumpounded with 65%zinc powder,the waterborne epoxy zinc-rich coatings had the best comprehensive performance,like good corrosion resistance,stable storage and low cost,which would expand the application range of waterborne zinc-rich coatings.
